Tina facilitates an unprecedented collaborative strategy session for several regions in Comcast
Tina facilitated a 2-day meeting as one hundred leaders from over 5 regions in Comcast gathered together to get to know each other, share best practices, learn from each other and align their strategy. A gathering of this scale was unprecedented. Due to the wisdom and willingness of a great leader, they were able to use this meeting as an opportunity to give everyone a voice and a seat at the table. Because a meeting like was never done before, the Weave helped set the tone in advance that this was an invitation to share opinions and ideas, and that leadership wanted to listen and work together to shape our future. At the end of the meeting, evaluations were given and participants were asked to list their top 3 favorite moments/topics of the meeting. Weave appeared consistently on everyone’s list. Both Tina and Comcast thanked us for being so easy to work with and commented on how many people said, “We LOVE the weave!”

John facilitates Matrix Asset Management after a Merger
Over 120 people gathered in Toronto this summer as Matrix Asset Management brought together leaders from three newly merged companies to work as one. John closely integrated the Weave to facilitate the combined team as they got to know each other and aligned their values. John also leveraged the Weave to make visible the various communication styles within the group.
